Massimo Pedrazzini

Massimo Pedrazzini, Chairman

Among others, currently Chairman of ST Group Holding, ST Services Holding, ST Real Estate Holding, Sterling Strategic Value Fund, SSVL (Monaco) SAM, Special Situations Investment Partners SA, Fidinam Group Holding SA, Fidinam Group Worldwide (Hong Kong), and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Precicast SA. He also maintains his own Law Firm in Lugano, Switzerland.

He started his career at the Lugano-based law firm Tettamanti Spiess & Associati (later known as Brunoni Pedrazzini Molino Mottis), where he was an Associate from 1985 to 1993 and Partner from 1993 to 2005 with a focus on contract law and M&A, corporate law, international tax law, and financial law. During this period he advised industrial and financial investors in cross-border joint ventures and M&A transactions in Europe, Asia, and America. Lawyer.

Giulia Nobili

Dr. Giulia Nobili, Vice Chairman

Currently Member of the Board of ST Group Holding, ST Services Holding, ST Real Estate Holding, SSVL (Monaco) SAM, Special Situations Investment Partners SA, and Esaote (Italy). Partner of Ares Life Sciences, the private equity fund of the Bertarelli Family.

Giulia has spent more than 20 years in international banking, M&A, corporate strategy, development, restructuring, and integration. She started her career in Private Equity at CVC and then moved to M&A at Citibank (1989-1993), Vice Chairman at Salomon Brothers (1993-1996), and Executive Director at Lehman Brothers (1996-1999). She then joined Telecom Italia in 1999 with responsibility for International Strategy and Corporate Development, before returning to Lehman Brothers as a senior advisor in 2001. In 2003, she joined Cable & Wireless as Group director for strategy and Business Development and was also a member of the board of Monaco Telecom in 2007. She then moved to Diageo as a member of the senior management team with responsibility for global M&A and integration management where she led expansion in emerging markets. Patrick Lardi, Board Member & Investment Advisor

Member of the Board of Directors since 2015. Extensive experience in project management and business development. Worked among others for a Swiss-based group specialized in Industrial and Residential Real Estate. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of ST Australia Real Estate, ST USA Real Estate, Fidinam Australasia Real Estate, and the Coweley Companies in Australia. Co-founder of Newscron a Swiss-based media start-up. He holds an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from Università della Svizzera Italiana.

Fabien Tardito

Fabien Tardito, Board Member & Financial Advisor

Mr. Tardito obtained his qualifications with a Master’s degree in International Asset Management from the CERAM Business School, Sophia Antipolis/Nice (1996, Valedictorian), DESS CAAE at the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE), Nice (1996). In 1996, he joined Lazard Brothers Asset Management, in London, covering Strategic analysis and budget preparation. From 1998 to 1999 he was with State Street Banque SA, Paris, in the role of a Client Services Officer.

Mr. Tardito joined the ST Group in 1999, taking a role with Fidinam Multi Family Office S.A.M. (Monaco). Here, his duties were Finance & Administration Officer with responsibility for accounting, documentation and reporting, custody and day-to-day relationships with banks, and also focusing on cash management and hedging as well as on risk management. In 2010, he rose to the Managing Director position. In lieu, of its other activities, Fidinam Multi Family Office S.A.M. acts as corporate secretary and accounting department for various companies of the ST Group.

Sophie Gest

Sophie Gest, Board Member

Ms. Gest joined the ST Group in 2006. She is part of the Fidinam Multi Family Office S.A.M. (Monaco) team where she advises and oversees the treasury and liquid financial investments of the Group’s companies. She particularly focuses on cash management, liquidity enhancement solutions, and relationships with banks and financial partners.

She started her carrier in Paris and London as a financial intermediary on interest rate derivatives. She then turned to private banking and worked for Abn Amro Bank NV Monaco for seven years as a Treasurer and Head of the advisory. She has been an active member of the ACI Financial Market Association since 1996 and is part of the Executive Board of ACI Monaco. Ms. Gest graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris ( Diploma in Market Finance) and holds a postgraduate Master of Science in Finance from Lancaster University (UK).

Aldo Ghisletta

Aldo Ghisletta, Board Member

Mr. Ghisletta joined the Group in 2019 as a Director resident in the Cayman Islands. Originally from Switzerland, he is a part-time Administration Manager of Morval Bank & Trust Cayman Ltd. and an Independent Director serving a range of clients from Hedge Funds, Investment Management Companies, Holdings Companies, and Mutual Funds. He has more than 45 years of experience in the financial sector. His career began in Switzerland, working for BSI and Banca Unione di Credito. In 1998, he moved to the Cayman Islands where he led the establishment of the operations of Banca Unione di Credito Cayman. In 2002, he moved to DMS Governance Ltd as a Director and was later appointed Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ghisletta holds a degree in Banking and Business Administration from the Swiss Confederation. He is a Registered Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and he is also a Notary Public.

Jennison Nunez

Jennison Nunez, Board Member

Mr. Nunez joined the Group in 2020 as a Director resident in the Cayman Islands. He started his career in the Financial Industry as a Banker in 1969 with Barclays Bank International Ltd., in Belize City. Over the years he worked with Barclays in Barbados and the Cayman Islands. He was Manager of CICSA Credit Union from 1986 to 1988, and Manager of Cayman International Trust Company Ltd., from 1988 to 1995. In 1995, he transitioned into the Life and General Insurance Industry. He has been a Director of Morval Bank & Trust Company since 1995 and was Director and Managing Director from 2014 to 2017. He is also an Independent Director of a number of Mutual Funds. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Central and a former Chairman of the Cayman Islands National Insurance Company from 2013 to 2017. He was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2008.
